This position plays a key role in supporting the chiropractor and ensuring patients receive excellent care and a positive experience from check-in to treatment. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with a warm and professional attitude Assist the chiropractor with patient preparation and therapies Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Process payments and verify insurance when needed Help maintain a clean and organized treatment area Educate patients on basic care instructions and wellness plans Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous experience in a medical office, chiropractic clinic, or healthcare setting preferred but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer skills and ability to learn office software Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic Preferred Skills Experience with electronic health records (EHR) Knowledge of chiropractic therapies or rehabilitation exercises Insurance verification experience Benefits (if applicable) Competitive hourly pay Employee discounts on services Supportive team environment
