Job Summary:
This is hourly paid work performing Administrative, clerical, and general office duties. This position is Part-Time, 29 hours a week position. Not eligible for benefits.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Scheduling and setting up interviews and materials for interview panels Assist staff with documentation and questions via phone, in person or electronic communication Answer general HR questions Assist in the new hire orientation Created and maintain staff files, maintain filing area, and complete records retention per schedule. Create and issued staff access badges Assist is audit prep for scheduled audits Review timecards daily for corrections Serves as backup for HR functions Entering requisitions for purchasing items Receipting invoices for payment Additional assigned duties
