The team is known for providing reliable, personalized service and maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and client support. The Opportunity We're seeking a Financial Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day support to the finance team. This role is a good fit for someone who is organized, comfortable working with numbers, and enjoys keeping information accurate and organized behind the scenes. Responsibilities Enter and update client and financial information into company systems Prepare and organize financial documents, reports, and correspondence Assist with processing invoices, payments, and account information Maintain accurate client records and confidential documentation Help prepare spreadsheets and financial summaries Verify information and research discrepancies when needed Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars Communicate with clients and internal departments to obtain missing information Monitor incoming paperwork and ensure documents are routed appropriately Support the finance team with additional administrative projects as needed Requirements Associate's or bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field Strong comfort working with numbers, spreadsheets, and detailed information Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and stay organized in a deadline-driven environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications Professional and dependable with the ability to handle sensitive financial information Eagerness to learn and grow within a finance-focused environment Previous internship, office, finance, or customer service experience is a plus Corporate Resources has been hired by our client to recruit for this open position and any/all other positions as requested and posted.
