About the Role We are looking for an Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to join our Streamwood, IL team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is early in their career and looking to build a strong foundation in office administration and business operations. You'll work closely with employees across the organization, helping keep day-to-day office activities organized and providing support with administrative and employee-related tasks. The position offers a mix of routine administrative work and opportunities to learn new processes, systems, and areas of the business. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office and internal teams. Answer phones, respond to general inquiries, and direct questions to the appropriate department. Schedule meetings, coordinate conference rooms, and assist with calendars and other meeting logistics. Prepare, format, scan, file, and organize documents, reports, and other business materials. Enter and update information in internal systems, spreadsheets, and databases. Maintain organized electronic and physical records and ensure information is kept accurate and up to date. Assist with special projects and other administrative responsibilities as you gain experience. Qualifications Similar experience preferred (retail experience will be considered). High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable learning new software, systems, and processes. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
