Commercial Construction Part-Time:

$18-$22 per Hour Sunrise Pool Builders is looking for an organized and dependable Part-Time Administrative Assistant to help support our office and project teams. We are a commercial swimming pool construction company working on projects throughout the Midwest. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, staying organized, working with a variety of office responsibilities, and helping a team operate efficiently. The Administrative Assistant will provide general office and administrative support and will work independently on routine responsibilities once trained. What You'll Do Answer incoming telephone calls, take accurate messages, and direct calls to the appropriate team member. Organize, file, scan, and maintain company and project records. Print and organize construction drawings and project documents. Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic records. Update project information and documentation in JobTread, our construction management system. Prepare, format, print, scan, and distribute documents as needed. Process incoming and outgoing mail. Assist with organizing invoices, receipts, and other financial documentation. Assist with reconciling company credit card statements and obtaining supporting receipts and documentation. Maintain organized paper and electronic filing systems. Order and maintain office supplies. Assist with basic scheduling and calendar-related tasks. Provide basic administrative communication with customers, vendors, and suppliers when needed. Assist with miscellaneous administrative projects and general office needs. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented. Able to manage multiple routine responsibilities and keep work organized. Comfortable working independently once trained. Accurate with data entry, documentation, numbers, and recordkeeping. Professional and pleasant when answering telephone calls. Comfortable using computers and learning new software. Proficient with everyday office technology, including email, Microsoft Office/Excel, PDFs, scanners, and printers. Able to learn new systems and processes quickly. Willing to ask questions when something doesn't look right or additional information is needed. Positive and comfortable working as part of a small team. Experience & Qualifications 1-2 years of administrative, office, bookkeeping, customer service, or similar experience preferred. High school diploma or GED required. Additional administrative or business education is a plus. Previous experience working with invoices, receipts, expense tracking, credit card reconciliation, or basic bookkeeping is preferred. Strong computer and data-entry skills. Experience with project-management or construction software is a plus but not required. Previous JobTread experience is not required; training will be provided. Construction experience is not required. Schedule This is a part-time position averaging approximately 20-25 hours per week . We have some flexibility in establishing the work schedule and will work with the selected candidate to develop a consistent weekly schedule that meets both the employee's and company's needs. Work will be performed during our normal business hours. Compensation $18.00-$22.00 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications. Why Join Sunrise Pool Builders?
