What You'll Do Support Project Managers in coordinating multiple active construction projects. Obtain quotes from multiple subcontractors and vendors and organize pricing for review. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, equipment-rental companies, dumpsters, and other project services. Schedule equipment and machinery deliveries, exchanges, and pickups. Communicate directly with customers regarding routine schedules, upcoming work, and basic project questions. Follow up with subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and customers to obtain information and keep projects moving. Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, proactive, and comfortable communicating with people . You may be a great fit if you: Enjoy keeping multiple projects and priorities organized. Take ownership of your work and follow things through to completion. Have strong attention to detail. Are comfortable working independently while also being part of a team. Are confident using computers, email, spreadsheets, PDFs, and cloud-based software. Learn new technology and processes quickly. Experience & Education 1-2 years of construction, project coordination, project administration, or similar experience preferred. Construction experience is helpful but not required for the right candidate . Familiarity with subcontractors, vendors, scheduling, equipment rentals, construction documentation, or similar coordination responsibilities is a plus. Associate degree in Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience . Strong computer and technology skills. Experience with construction project-management software is a plus. We use JobTread, but previous JobTread experience is not required.
