We are seeking a motivated, organized, and patient-focused Dental Front Office Administrative Assistant to join our growing general dentistry practice. The ideal candidate must have previous front desk experience in a general dental office and would ideally be proficient with Dentrix practice management software. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth. Schedule and confirm patient appointments. Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits. Work the office re-care and unscheduled treatment reports to maintain a complete Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix. Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements. Answer multi-line phones and respond to patient inquiries. Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow. Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining patient confidentiality. Qualifications Previous front office experience in a general dentistry practice required. Proficiency with Dentrix dental software is preferred. Knowledge of dental insurance verification, billing, and claims processing. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
