Responsible to:
Principal B.Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Pleasant phone voice and etiquette; clerical skills to allow some computer work; accounting; and typing 3. Some clerical and/or receptionist experience preferred 4. Knowledge of Skyward Student Management System preferred; knowledge of Google Docs or willing to receive training C.Responsibilities:
1. Manage all incoming phone calls 2. Greet, screen, and log all visitors to the building with a friendly, welcoming disposition 3. Keep student roster updated in Skyward 4. Manage all new and returning student registration and in and out of district transfers and withdrawals 5. Manage and track all student attendance including tardiness and dismissals 6. Maintain student records including permanent files and Skyward entry 7. Maintain office work space and work room 8. Assist Building Administrators, staff, and students when necessary 9. Complete all tasks assigned/requested by building administrators and staff 1 10. Maintain scheduling course master 11. Assist with district and state reporting 12. Maintain discipline records 13. Update student, parent, teacher, school data as needed in Skyward 14. Put together all awards for the various events throughout the school year 15. Manage report cards 16. Assist with dismissals 17. Assist with safety drills 18.
