Job Summary A professional insurance office in the Bossier City, LA area is seeking a dependable Administrative Clerk to support daily administrative operations. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for someone with 1 to 2 years of administrative or clerical experience who enjoys staying organized, supporting a busy office, and providing excellent service to clients, vendors, and internal team members. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to help daily office operations run smoothly.
  • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, route calls, and communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, prepare meeting materials, and assist with office coordination.
  • Draft, edit, proofread, file, and maintain documents, reports, correspondence, and records.
  • Perform accurate data entry and assist with billing, expense tracking, and light bookkeeping tasks.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, office supplies, and special administrative projects as assigned. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay:
    $13.00 to $14.00 per hour.
  • Schedule:
    Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Job Type:
    Temp-to-hire.
  • No weekends.
