What You'll Do Front Desk & Customer Experience Serve as the first point of contact for tenants, prospective tenants, visitors, vendors, and callers Create a welcoming and professional office environment Answer and route incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency Assist tenants with general questions, forms, and service requests Process and track maintenance requests and work orders Maintain organized reception, conference, and common office areas Administrative Support Draft notices, correspondence, and office communications Support management and staff with special projects and daily operations Prepare packets, forms, and informational materials Handle filing, scanning, copying, and document management Sort and distribute incoming mail and correspondence Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Data Entry & Record Management Maintain accurate tenant, applicant, and office records Update vacant unit and lease renewal tracking lists Enter and manage data within company software systems Assist with application processing and record tracking Compile reports and maintain organized office documentation What We're Looking For Qualifications & Skills Administrative, receptionist, or office support experience Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Strong multitasking and time management abilities Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills Professional verbal and written communication Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively Strong typing and data entry accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Ability to quickly learn new software and office systems Sound judgment, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times Preferred Experience Property management or real estate office experience is a plus What Makes You a Great Fit You're someone who: Enjoys helping people and creating positive experiences Stays calm and organized while juggling multiple priorities Takes initiative and follows through Loves structure, efficiency, and keeping things running smoothly Brings professionalism, positivity, and reliability to work every day
