Primary Responsibilities:
Reception & Front-Desk Operations Greet and welcome visitors, guests, and staff in a courteous and professional manner. Manage the front desk, including answering and routing incoming phone calls and emails. Coordinate visitor check-in/check-out procedures, including badging and visitor logs. Monitor and maintain the reception area to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries; coordinate outgoing shipments. Provide general information and directions to visitors and staff as needed. Cloud One
ACSS PMO
Support Provide administrative and coordination support to the Cloud One ACSS Program Management Office. Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and capturing meeting notes/action items. Maintain and organize PMO documentation, records, and shared file repositories. Support tracking of project tasks, milestones, and deliverables under PMO guidance. Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence. Coordinate logistics for PMO meetings, briefings, and events. Account Request Management Process, track, and manage user account requests in accordance with established procedures. Coordinate with appropriate teams to ensure timely provisioning and de-provisioning of accounts. Maintain accurate records of account requests, approvals, and status updates. Serve as a point of contact for account-related inquiries and follow-ups. Ensure account request processes comply with applicable security and access policies. General Administrative Duties Maintain office supplies inventory and submit replenishment orders as needed. Support calendar management and scheduling for leadership and teams as required. Assist with travel coordination, expense reports, and related documentation. Maintain filing systems (electronic and physical) and ensure data accuracy. Provide ad hoc administrative support to staff and management as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of prior relevant experience. Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance. 2+ years of experience in reception, administrative support, or a related role. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting a Program Management Office (PMO) or project teams. Familiarity with account request/provisioning processes and ticketing systems. If you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling. Pay Range:
