Job Description

Part Time Catering Company Administrative Assistant The Administrative Assistant supports the office manager with operations and ensures smooth coordination between clients, catering staff, and vendors. This role handles customer communication and general administrative tasks to help deliver successful catering events.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls, emails, customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner Prepare proposals, invoices, contracts and event paperwork Enter and maintain accurate client and event information in Caterease system Coordinate with kitchen staff, event managers, and delivery team to confirm events Track payments, deposits, and basic billing records for events Maintain and organize filing system Provide on-site administrative support during events when needed Qualifications HS Diploma or associate degree in Business or Hospitality preferred Previous administrative, customer service or hospitality experience a plus Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft office, Excel and basic software Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Professional attitude and strong attention to detail Position is in an office setting with occasional event-site support. May require evenings, weekends as needed. Must possess valid driver's license. P/T schedule, hourly salary. Opportunity for additional hours during peak seasons. Serious candidates only.
