Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-time Administrative Assistant to join our non-profit foundation staff. This dynamic role offers an exciting opportunity to support the office operations of a non-profit foundation devoted to providing financial aid to retired Massachusetts teachers who are experiencing a financial crisis. Responsibilities . Prepare minutes of quarterly meetings of the advisory boards and trustees, and subcommittees. Data entry of contributions Familiarity and experience with Zoom meetings Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and typing accuracy (including 10 key typing ). Ability to handle sensitive applicant information with strict adherence to confidentiality policies. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail for filing, record management, and data entry tasks. Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills to assist applicants professionally. Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining accuracy in all tasks.
