This is a full-time position, work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm. We offer a competitive salary and benefits including health insurance and 401k. We are looking for a dependable and motivated team player with good interpersonal skills and a professional attitude to join our amazing team! Because of the very high level of care we achieve, the demands on the front desk are extremely high. Responsibilities:
Ultimately responsible for smooth and efficient patient flow Calling patients to confirm appointments Assist Dentists with signing up patients for treatments Follow up with patients, stay in communication and help them to get their needed treatment done. Make sure that the financial policies as laid down by the owner are the only policies followed. This role is cross trained as a Dental Assistant. Our office will sponsor the candidate's license and will train on the job. As a Dental Assistant, the role would also assist the Doctor during procedures, conduct dental x-rays, sterilize instruments, etc. We train on all these responsibilities.
