Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a professional, organized and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to strengthen our property management team. The Apartment Administrative Assistant assists daily operations of the apartment community by providing administrative, resident‑facing, and organizational support. This role ensures smooth office operations, excellent customer service, and timely coordination with maintenance, leasing, and property management teams. Duties and Responsibilities Customer Service
- Greet residents and visitors, respond to inquiries, handle complaints professionally, and maintain professional and timely communication. Office Administration
- Answer phones, respond to emails, maintain filing systems and daily office workflow. Leasing Assistance
- Support leasing efforts by scheduling tours, preparing lease packets, processing applications, and maintaining communication with housing agencies. Maintenance Coordination
- Log work orders, communicate with maintenance staff, follow up on completion. Record Management
- Maintain resident records and compliance documents in files and property management software with accuracy and confidentiality. Communication — Draft notices, send community updates, assist with newsletters, and post announcements. Financial Support — Collect rent payments, issue receipts, and log transactions. Required Skills and Qualifications Customer Service
