Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Assistant to support day-to-day office operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office supplies, coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, processing expense reports, and providing general administrative support to leadership and staff. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Key Responsibilities Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels Order and track office equipment and consumables, including ordering lunches and cleaning after lunches or events Running errands to support office needs Light housekeeping (kitchen counters, etc.) Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and team events Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and meeting logistics as needed Submit and track employee expense reports in accordance with company policies Maintain calendars and assist with scheduling priorities Support visitors and assist with reception-related duties when necessary Organize and maintain electronic and physical records Assist with document preparation, data entry, and correspondence Support special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications:
