Job Description
Overview Central Maine based General Contracting Company is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to begin work in September. Seven Pines General Contracting is looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team. This person will assist our Business and Finance Manager with day-to-day office tasks, but may be asked to run errands or visit job sites on occasion. Reliable transportation is a must. The ideal candidate will have experience with PC computers, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and Google Suite. This is a part-time position (2-4 hours per week) with potential for growth in the future. Flexible schedule, but must be available to work from our office in West Gardiner during working hours, Monday - Friday between the hours of 9am and 4pm. No prior office experience necessary, but you must be organized, self-starting and detail oriented. Willing to train the right candidate. This paid position offers the chance to develop your skills in a supportive environment while contributing to the success of our organization through your proactive approach and organizational expertise.
