This is an in-person office position, and we're looking for someone with effective communication skills and strong attention to detail. QuickBooks experience is required. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with typical day-to-day office operations and able to stay organized while juggling multiple tasks. This position is part time, 20-30 hours per week, with potential for more hours depending on business needs. Responsibilities and Duties Maintain company accounting files using accounting QuickBooks, Excel and Word. Assist with day-to-day office operations, including time -off requests, time card review, and vacation reports. File paperwork and maintain organized office records Complete special projects as needed and assigned. Qualifications and Skills QuickBooks experience required. Experience in accounting and business practices (preferred) Advanced computer skills: MS Office, QuickBooks Strong organization, time management, and communication skills Strong work ethic and integrity Ability to work independently or with a team, and be flexible to adapt to changing priorities
