Part-Time Position Overview Success On The Spectrum is seeking a dependable, organized, and proactive ABA Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our ABA Learning Center. This position will provide early-morning administrative and scheduling support, with a primary focus on maintaining staffing visibility, responding to scheduling changes, and ensuring the Learning Center is operationally prepared for the clinical day. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an ABA setting and understand the fast-paced operational needs of a center-based ABA program. Previous Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) experience is preferred. Candidates must be proficient in CentralReach, Google Drive, and Google Sheets and comfortable independently navigating these platforms as part of their daily responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Support daily staff and client scheduling within CentralReach , including cancellations, coverage needs, schedule changes, and morning adjustments Monitor morning staffing and client attendance and communicate operational changes to leadership Maintain accurate staff and client schedules and support daily schedule optimization Utilize Google Sheets to maintain scheduling tools, staffing trackers, attendance information, and operational data Utilize Google Drive to maintain and organize shared documents and operational resources Assist with opening and preparing the Learning Center for daily operations Complete light office duties, including filing, scanning, printing, data entry, and document organization Answer phones and assist with routine staff and family communication Provide day-to-day administrative support to clinical and operational leadership Maintain confidentiality of client, family, and employee information Follow HIPAA requirements, company policies, and established administrative procedures Assist with additional Learning Center operational needs as assigned Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency with CentralReach , including scheduling and routine administrative functions Proficiency with Google Sheets , including maintaining shared spreadsheets, organizing data, and utilizing basic spreadsheet functions Proficiency with Google Drive and shared file organization Strong computer and technology skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to quickly problem-solve and pivot as staffing or scheduling needs change Strong attention to detail and follow-through Consistent and reliable attendance Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professional judgment Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Previous experience working in an ABA Learning Center Previous administrative, staff scheduling, or client scheduling experience Familiarity with ABA terminology and center-based clinical operations
