KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Southgate KinderCare center. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing classroom where young children learn through play and exploration. You'll design engaging, developmentally appropriate activities, support social-emotional and cognitive growth, and maintain strong communication with families. Working within KinderCare's inclusive, growth-focused culture, you'll collaborate with colleagues, follow licensing and safety standards, and access ongoing training and opportunities for career advancement. Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Supervise children and ensure their health, safety, and well-being at all times. Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones. Communicate regularly with families about children's learning and behavior. Support social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning. Collaborate with center staff to align with Kinder Care's curriculum and standards. Follow licensing regulations, center policies, and safety procedures. Participate in training and professional development. Contribute to an inclusive, nurturing, and positive center culture.
