This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing customer service, coordination, documentation, and communication in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will help ensure smooth office operations, accurate recordkeeping, and responsive support for property-related activities. Responsibilities Provide administrative support for property management activities and office operations. Respond to tenant, vendor, and internal inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Assist with scheduling, document preparation, filing, and data entry. Maintain accurate records related to leases, maintenance requests, inspections, and correspondence. Support coordination of property services, vendor visits, and follow-up tasks. Prepare reports, notices, and other routine communications as needed. Track deadlines, payments, and outstanding items to support timely resolution. Help ensure office procedures and property records are organized and up to date. Assist with special projects and additional administrative tasks as assigned. Qualifications Previous administrative or office support experience preferred, ideally in property management, real estate, facilities, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy under deadlines. Proficiency with common office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email. Professional, service-oriented approach with strong follow-through. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team. Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion. Preferred Skills Experience with property management software or CRM systems. Familiarity with lease documentation, maintenance coordination, or vendor management.
