About the Role DRCC is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Professional to support our leadership and Human Resources team. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys staying organized, helping others, and handling sensitive information with care and professionalism. What You'll Do Greet and assist visitors, employees, and clients in person and by phone, email, and mail Provide general administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, filing, recordkeeping, and mail distribution Maintain electronic and paper filing systems Order and manage office supplies and coordinate basic equipment maintenance Assist with meeting preparation, materials, and note-taking Support HR functions as needed, including onboarding and offboarding, personnel file maintenance, recruitment support, training documentation, and employee acknowledgments Maintain confidential employee records and follow documentation and recordkeeping requirements Perform light office organization and cleaning tasks such as tidying common areas and restocking supplies What We're Looking For 2+ years of administrative experience (HR support experience preferred) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Excellent organization and time-management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Canva Why Work at DRCC?
