Ballwin, MO Pay:

Starting at $18-23/hour (higher based on experience) Willis Cosmetic Surgery & MedSpa is hiring a polished, professional, and patient-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing practice in Ballwin, Missouri. This role is ideal for someone with prior medical office experience who enjoys patient interaction, understands clinical workflows, and has a strong interest in aesthetics and wellness. As the first point of contact for our patients, this position plays a key role in creating a seamless, elevated experience from check-in through follow-up. This is more than a traditional front desk role and is well suited for someone who is organized, confident, and eager to take on increasing responsibility as the practice continues to grow. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and schedule appointments Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records Communicate clearly with patients using appropriate medical terminology Educate patients on skincare products and general treatment expectations Support patient coordination and follow-up Assist with intake forms, photos, and basic chart organization Help with opening and closing duties, light cleaning, and laundry as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment Assist with social media content creation during downtime, as appropriate Qualifications Previous medical office experience required Comfortable with medical terminology and clinical workflows MedSpa or cosmetic surgery experience is a plus, but not required Strong multitasking and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Genuine interest in aesthetics, skincare, and patient-centered care Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Schedule Monday-Thursday:

8:00 AM-4:00

PM Friday:
