Job Description

As a condition of employment all employees must pass a post offer criminal history background check, physical examination and drug screen. All employees must also submit proof of identity and employment eligibility.
Job Description:
Provides administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. Delivers customer service by responding to inquiries, addressing complaints, and providing requested information. Maintains inventory of office equipment and supplies. Compiles, prepares, and distributes statistical reports. Processes timesheets and payroll entries accurately and in a timely manner. Prepares meeting agendas, records meeting minutes, and distributes finalized minutes. Assists with drug screen collections in accordance with established procedures and agency protocols. Performs related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (G.E.D.) and three years of experience in area of assignment; or any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
Salary Range:
