Job Description

Purchases general office supplies as needed Sends credit card receipts once a month to appropriate person with pertinent information Completes purchase orders and places orders for preapproved supplies Prepares folders for new employees Completes checklist of all required paperwork on new hires Maintains employee files and updates training logs as needed Creates training certificates Maintains a list of employees with Class E Licenses, along with a copy of their license and insurance cards Maintains Licensing, insurance and work receipts for vans and make appointments for necessary maintenance Maintain I9 file for DMH Maintain electronic documentation software Assist with DMH training as needed Completing checks on consumer binders quarterly Assist with billing as needed Answer phones and retrieves voicemail messages Signs consumers in and out of program daily as needed Contacts service technicians when needed and maintain records and invoices of services provided as needed Complete building maintenance check list Run Family Care Safety Registry (FCSR) on staff yearly Performs other duties as assigned by the Executive Director or Support Services Director Effectively able to sit, bend, stop, carry up to 10 pounds, walk throughout building, climb stairs and stand for up to 30 minutes Assist with onboarding and intake for new consumers, including paperwork and binder creation. Ensure all required drills are conducted and documented on schedule. Review and enter EMTs into CIMOR; notify guardians, care managers, and other key people as needed. Maintain a system for tracking EMTs, follow-ups, and resolution status. Assist with checking daily sheets and completing monthlies as needed.
