$23.00 per hour Job Summary Kelly Services is seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant for a temporary contract assignment in Sedalia, Missouri. This role provides administrative support in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment and requires strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to the department. Manage purchase card reconciliation accurately and timely on a monthly basis. Coordinate logistics for onsite meetings, including catering and setup. Assist with coordinating tour schedules among multiple departments. Maintain inventory records and monitor department supply levels. Handle sensitive information in a confidential and professional manner. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. Work independently and proactively with minimal supervision. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external contacts. Support additional administrative projects and duties as assigned. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Previous administrative assistant experience required. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including: Outlook Excel PowerPoint Word Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate flexibility. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications Working knowledge of SAP. Experience with purchase card reconciliation, meeting coordination, scheduling, or inventory management.
Compensation and Schedule Pay:
$23.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
