Job Description

Position Summary The Senior Process Specialist - QA position is responsible for proficient knowledge and task execution in their designated department. Their primary goal is to develop quality processes and drive quality improvement to deliver exceptional customer experience. Essential Functions Lead efforts to improve product quality as assigned by product, supplier and/or customer. Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate action for specific instances and trends. Communicate as needed with customers and suppliers. Monitor plant quality, including performance of audits and inspections as needed. If required, manage supplier quality Develop training materials as needed, including SOPs and video-based materials. Perform quality training at all plant organizational levels If required, manage document control system Maintain quality standards of finished products. Knowledge of mathematics and statistics to assist in the teaching of print reading and measuring. Knowledge of parts fit and function. To be successful in this job an individual must be able to perform each function effectively. Additional responsibilities include good housekeeping and other assignments as directed by the Supervisor. Continuously perform all required tasks in a safe manner, adhering to all established safety rules and procedures. Must take immediate action to correct and/or report any unsafe conditions and hazards. The employee shall be able to work overtime as requested and posted by management.
