In this position, you will support daily office operations, assist with administrative and field coordination tasks, and help maintain an efficient and organized workflow. This role is essential in keeping projects and office operations running smoothly.
Job Responsibilities:
Answer and monitor emails, phone calls, and messages Pull permits and assist with contractor licensing paperwork Schedule utility locates and service appointments Order office and jobsite materials Track invoices, payments, and job costs Maintain Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and W9s Assist with vendor communication and pricing Organize files, paperwork, and office records Make bank deposits and assist with basic bookkeeping support Help keep office clean and ready for client meetings Assist with scheduling photoshoots and marketing updates General administrative support as needed
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Basic computer/email skills (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) Ability to multitask and handle changing priorities Dependable and self-motivated Previous office/admin experience preferred (not required) Familiarity with construction or field service work is a plus Join us as an Office Assistant to be a key contributor in creating a productive and positive work environment! Pay:
$10.00 - $20.00 per hour
