Administrative Support Specialist (Temporary)
Location:
Helena, MT (Onsite)
Pay:
$22.00/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Duration:
Approximately 3 Months A government agency is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to provide temporary onsite administrative support. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a professional office environment, coordinating projects, supporting leadership, and keeping daily operations running efficiently. Responsibilities Coordinate meetings, events, and vendor arrangements. Prepare meeting agendas and record meeting minutes. Process purchase orders and invoices. Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings. Monitor and respond to shared email communications. Coordinate conference room scheduling and office logistics. Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities. Provide administrative support to leadership and staff. Prioritize multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines. Qualifications Previous administrative, executive support, or office coordination experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience coordinating meetings or events. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Requirements Ability to pass a background check. Valid driver's license.
