As a member of the Auxiliary Services team, the Mail Services Coordinator develops and implements effective mail service procedures, maintains compliance with postal regulations and carrier requirements, and manages mail-related systems and departmental chargeback processes. The position plays a vital role in supporting students, faculty, staff, and campus partners by providing reliable, responsive, and efficient mail and package services.
The Mail Services Coordinator recruits, trains, schedules, and supervises student employees, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include overseeing student mailbox assignments, package notification systems, and mail forwarding services to ensure a positive and seamless customer experience.
Beyond Mail Center operations, the coordinator supports a variety of Auxiliary Services initiatives and contributes to the success of campus programs and events, including Conference and Event Services, Saints Shoppe activities, new student orientation, commencement, and other special events throughout the year.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future. For this position, Carroll College will not sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas classifications.

Carroll College invites applications for the position of Mail Services Coordinator. This position oversees the daily operations of the Campus Mail Center and serves as the primary point of contact for all campus mail and package services. The coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient, accurate, and customer-focused processing, distribution, and delivery of incoming and outgoing mail and packages through USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other shipping providers.As a member of the Auxiliary Services team, the Mail Services Coordinator develops and implements effective mail service procedures, maintains compliance with postal regulations and carrier requirements, and manages mail-related systems and departmental chargeback processes. Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have a High School Diploma or G.E.D. plus 2 years' experience with customer services. Associates Degree in related field plus 2 years' experience in mail services, logistics and/or shipping & receiving preferred.Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
