Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized full-time Maintenance Coordinator to join our growing property management team. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who enjoys helping and communicating with people, problem solving, organizing, scheduling, and is interested in learning the skills of property management with a well-established company. Responsibilities Scheduling and coordinating tasks with staff, vendors, and tenants/parents Processing and managing work orders/projects Ordering parts, materials, equipment, appliances, and supplies Providing quality customer service Subcontracting and Service Agreements Invoicing and Account Administration Office Administration and Communications Regulatory Compliance Project Management Conflict Resolution Requirements Excellent communication skills. This position requires a high volume of communicating with tenants, staff members, and vendors/subcontractors. Professional, positive, helpful, and optimistic attitude. Basic knowledge and understanding of property management and building maintenance procedures. Property management experience preferred. Full-time availability (Monday
