Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO and ensure the smooth operation of their daily activities. This role includes coordinating schedules, managing communications, and making travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, technical proficiency, and have an accounting background. Duties Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and business travel arrangements with precision using tools like Microsoft Outlook Calendar and AdobeSign. Handle confidential information with discretion, ensuring privacy and security in all communications and documentation. Assist with event planning and organizing meetings or corporate events, including logistics, venue arrangements, and catering coordination. Maintain accurate records and ensure high-quality correspondence. Drafting professional emails, and transcribing meetings or notes as needed. Prepare expense reports, obtain and process receipt and reconcile with travel dates and other duties as assigned by the CEO. Skills Experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant in fast-paced environment. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines. Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), video conferencing software (Zoom, Teams), and business travel arrangements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining professionalism at all times. Adept at multitasking across administrative duties such as data entry, filing, transcription, proofreading, and clerical support.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 20.0 per week
