Responsibilities Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications and bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks, SharePoint and Excel Support calendar management by scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating personal assistant tasks (as needed) Handle office supply inventory and place orders to ensure smooth daily operations Sorting through truck tickets on and off site Data entry Experience Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical and administrative responsibilities Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial record keeping Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting Personal assistant or office management experience is a plus Join us to be part of our team where your organizational talents make a real difference!
