Job Description
Key Responsibilities Maintain and update employee files and HR records Assist with recruitment efforts including posting jobs, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews Coordinate interviews, new hire paperwork, and orientation Ensure confidentiality of employee information and HR data Assist with HR projects and general administrative duties Qualifications Previous HR or administrative experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to handle confidential information professionally High school diploma required Skills Attention to detail Strong time management Professional communication Ability to work independently and within a team
