Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Showroom Administrator and Project Coordinator to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be our first point of contact for customers, while also managing the showroom and coordinating projects and vendors. We are a small team, planning on rapid growth and are searching for our quarterback admin person to help us put systems in place to grow sustainably. Your energetic approach and keen eye for detail will drive high-end sales, foster strong client relationships, and coordinate jobs. Duties Greet customers, manage showroom traffic, and deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a welcoming environment. Coordinate project timelines, liaise with contractors and vendors, and oversee remodeling or renovation efforts from start to finish. Handle inside sales activities including upselling high-end products, POS transactions, cash handling, and retail math calculations Maintain showroom merchandising standards by organizing stock, updating displays, and ensuring product availability Manage account relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and follow-up to maximize sales opportunities Support marketing initiatives by promoting new products, hosting demos, and engaging clients in personalized solutions Learn how to use our software (Prokitchen, Moraware, Google suite etc.) Oversee maintenance of the showroom environment ensuring cleanliness, safety compliance, and proper functioning of displays Requirements Excellent English proficiency. Proven experience in retail sales, high-end sales, or inside sales within the renovation or interior design industry Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite. Willing to learn to use new software. Excellent computer skills. Excellent negotiation skills paired with a customer-focused approach to upselling and account management Knowledge of renovation processes, construction practices, remodeling techniques, and maintenance standards Familiarity with POS systems, retail math calculations, merchandising strategies and marketing principles. But if not, just willing to learn. Basic math skills for budgeting estimates and product pricing calculations Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment We are passionate about quality and smart design and providing the best customer experience. Pay:
$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
