Job Description

Very busy Property Management office based in Hawthorne is looking for a highly organized and detailed Office Assistant for Full/Part time work.
Daily tasks will include:
Duties:
  • Perform clerical tasks such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and responding to emails
  • Maintain office files and records in an organized manner, both electronically and physically
  • Assist with maintaining of ongoing reports
  • Assist with daily communication: follow-ups to Tenants, Vendors and Municipalities
  • Provide Tenant
  • support and handle inquiries or complaints
  • Assist with scheduling and coordination for unit maintenance
  • Support office staff with various administrative tasks
Skills:
  • Spanish Required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
