Job Description:
Administrative Assistant A global private equity firm is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support a wonderful team of executives including 1 Partner, 2 VPs and 2 Associates in a collaborative culture. Salary range $100-110k base + discretionary bonus, company paid benefits, 401k with 6% match, 20 vacation days, 12 weeks paid maternity leave, cell phone reimbursement, free lunch in office and professional development reimbursement
Office Location:
Midtown, NYC in office Monday - Friday (remote summer Fridays)
Hours:
8:30am-5:30pm
Qualifications:
3-5 years of administrative experience supporting a team of senior professionals in a corporate environment Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rigorous work environment with shifting priorities Bachelor's degree required Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail when composing and proofing materials Punctual, dependable, and highly organized, with strong follow-through Demonstrate initiative, ownership of responsibilities, and a proactive, resourceful mindset Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a close-knit team Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Concur and Salesforce experience a plus Responsibilities include: Manage complex MS Outlook calendars, prioritizing and resolving scheduling conflicts and coordinating internal/external meetings Ensure professionals are fully prepared for meetings Coordinate domestic and international travel and process expenses using Concur Provide back-up support to other admins Please submit your resume to apply!
