This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a flexible part-time position while using their administrative, customer service, and communication skills. The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with clients and business owners over the phone and enjoys helping people resolve questions and complete tasks.
Position Details Part-Time:
10-15 hours per week Flexible schedule Hours can be arranged around your availability Administrative and customer-service focused Opportunity to work closely with the Regional Sales Coordinator and Aflac clients Key Responsibilities Assist with account servicing and customer requests Assist clients with claim-related questions and documentation Communicate with policyholders and business accounts by phone and email Follow up on outstanding documentation and account needs Maintain accurate records and documentation Assist with administrative tasks and day-to-day office support Help coordinate and organize client and account information Provide professional and friendly customer service Work closely with the Regional Sales Coordinator to ensure client needs are addressed promptly Qualifications Excellent over-the-phone communication skills Professional, friendly, and confident communication style Strong organizational and time-management skills Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information appropriately Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Previous experience in administration, customer service, insurance, claims, or office support is preferred but not required The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Dependable and professional Comfortable talking with people on the phone Patient and personable when assisting clients Organized and detail-oriented A strong communicator Able to learn insurance-related processes and terminology Looking for a flexible 10-15 hour per week opportunity Why Join Us?
