Job Description

Administrative Assistant (Front Desk) We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Administrative Assistant (Front Desk) to join our Dialysis unit. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff while providing administrative support to ensure the dialysis department operates efficiently. Responsibilities Greet patients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner. Answer and direct phone calls and assist with general inquiries. Maintain accurate records and perform data entry. Schedule appointments and manage calendars using Microsoft Outlook. Take meeting notes and assist with administrative tasks. Prepare and organize documents using Microsoft Word and Excel. Support the dialysis team with day-to-day office operations. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions. Qualifications Strong touch typing/blind typing skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Strong note-taking and meeting coordination skills. Experience using Microsoft Outlook, including calendar management. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Experience with SigmaCare is a plus. Experience with Clarity/Renvio is a plus. Professional appearance and ability to dress appropriately for an office environment. Artificial or long nails are not permitted due to infection control standards. Schedule Monday•Friday 8:30 AM•4:30
PM Pay:
$18.00•$19.00 per hour
