Job Description

Overview We are a laser device manufacturer, and we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin Assistant to support daily administrative functions within our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy, excellent customer service skills, and experience managing office tasks efficiently. Prior experience with office management systems, most importantly QuickBooks, order entry/invoicing and multitasking are highly valued. Responsibilities Perform data entry / pulling in expenses, manual orders etc. Filling, organizing and tracking important documents Utilize Microsoft Office and QuickBooks for administrative tasks such as scheduling, invoicing, and bookkeeping. Support other administrative functions such as proofing documents, managing office supplies inventory, and assisting with special projects as needed. Assist with travel arrangements for sales team including flights, hotels and other logistic matters. Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Must have experience with QuickBooks Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Office management or administrative experience including data entry, filing, and calendar management Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure This position requires a proactive individual capable of supporting a dynamic office environment through excellent organizational skills, technical proficiency, and exceptional communication abilities.
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
