CMMS Administrator at LB&B Associates Inc. in Holtsville, New York Posted in 1 day ago. $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year Description LB&B Associates Inc. is seeking a qualified office CMMS Administrator to support operations and maintenance services at the IRS facility in Holtsville, NY. This position reports directly to the Project Manager. This position is full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Preferred Qualifications Experience with CMMS or related software is strongly preferred. Minimum 5 years of related experience maintenance scheduling and office administrative experience High School Diploma or GED required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Willingness to learn and operate the GSAs NCMMs system. Typical Duties Track preventative maintenance activities. Create work orders and generate reports in Maximo. Operate a multi-line phone system and assist with administrative matters. Maintain accurate records and verify statistical reports. Compile information and handle complaints in a professional manner. Track, record, and submit invoices. Interface with corporate support staff. Customer service Communicate efficiently and effectively to management, employees, tenants and vendors.
