The Advocacy and Resource Center is seeking a dependable and organized Fiscal Intermediary Specialist to join our Self-Directed Services team. This position works closely with individuals and families to help manage Self-Directed Services budgets, maintain required documentation, and ensure services remain compliant and run smoothly. Responsibilities Serve as a liaison between the agency, individuals receiving services, and their families Manage assigned Self-Directed Services budgets appropriately Review paperwork for accuracy and completeness Maintain regular communication with individuals and families Attend Launch Meetings and other meetings as required Help ensure regulatory compliance and continuity of services Complete additional duties assigned by the FI Assistant Director or FI Program Director Qualifications Associate degree in Business Administration, Human Services, or a related field At least two years of human services and/or office experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills Clean and valid New York State driver's license Ability to bend, twist, kneel, climb stairs or ladders, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds Generous benefits package includes:- Health insurance
