Job Description
Property Management Office Assistant Adecco is seeking an experienced Property Management Office Assistant for an opportunity with one of our clients. This position is ideal for a professional who enjoys working with residents, prospective tenants, and vendors while keeping an office organized and running efficiently.
Pay Rate:
$25-$28/hour, depending on experienceSchedule:

Temp-to-Hire Responsibilities Greet visitors and residents, answer phone calls, and respond to emails Process incoming and outgoing mail Maintain organized digital and physical office files Show available apartments to prospective tenants Inspect common areas daily and report safety, cleanliness, or maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Manager Assist prospective tenants with application packets and answer questions regarding the application process Add prospective tenants to the waitlist and send status letters Assist tenants with work orders, schedule appointments, and answer questions Process invoices, including utility bills Order appliances and office supplies as needed Generate lists of tenants requesting extermination services Prepare and distribute monthly tenant newsletters Maintain and update resident contact information and lease files accurately Provide general administrative and customer service support to the property management office Qualifications Previous experience in property management, residential housing, leasing, or office administration preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills Comfortable working with residents, prospective tenants, vendors, and maintenance personnel Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office technology Ability to handle confidential resident and lease information professionally Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently Strong written and verbal communication skills This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrative professional who enjoys customer service, organization, and working in a property management environment .
