Job Description

Role Description This is full-time role for an administrative assistant in a BUSY real estate office. Assist in the day-to-day operations of real estate activities, schedule appointments, handle paperwork, and support real estate agents with administrative tasks. Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service skills and the desire the exceed expectations
  • Team player
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Time management skills - ability to multi task
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of real estate industry a must
  • Ability to learn new tech/online platforms
  • Proficiency with administrative tasks and documentation
  • Social media, Canva experience is a must
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Real Estate experience is preferred
Job Type:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
