Job Description
Role Description This is full-time role for an administrative assistant in a BUSY real estate office. Assist in the day-to-day operations of real estate activities, schedule appointments, handle paperwork, and support real estate agents with administrative tasks. Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills and the desire the exceed expectations
- Team player
- Excellent organizational skills
- Time management skills - ability to multi task
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of real estate industry a must
- Ability to learn new tech/online platforms
- Proficiency with administrative tasks and documentation
- Social media, Canva experience is a must
- High school diploma or equivalent; Real Estate experience is preferred
