Year Contract NYC, NY Schedule:
8 Hrs/Week - Part-time Onsite in New York City once per week - Work location is 654 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10065 Flexible weekly schedule, coordinated with the executive admin team and office needs Duties We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive part-time Office Attendant to support the day-to-day upkeep of our client's New York City office. This role requires someone to be onsite once per week to help ensure the office remains stocked, tidy, and running smoothly. Responsibilities include monitoring kitchen and office supplies, notifying the executive admin team when items need to be reordered, unloading the dishwasher, receiving deliveries, and helping maintain the overall appearance and readiness of the space. Key Responsibilities Visit the NYC office once per week on a consistent schedule Check refrigerator and pantry stock levels and monitor basic office/kitchen supplies Notify the executive admin team when food, beverages, or supplies need to be reordered Unload the dishwasher and ensure kitchen items are put away neatly Be available onsite to accept deliveries and ensure packages are brought inside appropriately Conduct a general walkthrough of the office to confirm the space is tidy and presentable Straighten common areas, kitchen, meeting spaces, and other shared areas as needed Flag any noticeable maintenance, cleanliness, or supply issues to the executive admin team Help maintain a welcoming, orderly office environment for employees and visitors Maintain discretion and respect for confidentiality of information that may be present in the space. Schedule Part-time Onsite in New York City once per week - Work location is 654 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10065 Flexible weekly schedule, coordinated with the executive admin team and office needs Skills Prior office support, facilities, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred Strong sense of organization and attention to detail Dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision Good communication skills and responsiveness Comfortable handling light physical tasks such as unloading dishes, organizing supplies, and moving small deliveries Professional, service-oriented, and proactive mindset Demonstrates discretion with sensitive and confidential information Education The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in keeping a workspace organized, notices what needs attention, and follows through reliably.
