The Cleaning Authority of Solon is a family-owned business built on strong family values, teamwork, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our customers. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for an organized, dependable, and hardworking Administrative Assistant to help keep our office running smoothly each day. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally and courteously. Respond promptly to new customer inquiries and leads. Schedule appointments and support daily office operations. Organize and maintain office supplies and inventory. Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and record keeping. Support communication between customers, management, and cleaning teams. Help ensure the office operates efficiently while our cleaning teams are in the field. Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Proficient with computers, email, and basic office software. Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn. Previous administrative or customer service experience is preferred but not required. What We're Looking For We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys helping people, and can stay organized in a fast-paced environment. As the number of customer inquiries continues to grow, we need a team member who can help us maintain the high level of service our customers expect.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
