A Landscaping or Grounds Supervisor supervises the staff that provide landscaping for residences, parks, public gardens, college campuses or building or office park grounds. Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a landscape crew on daily job sites. Read and follow project plans and directions. Perform and oversee hardscape installation, including patios, retaining walls, and other outdoor living features. Perform and oversee softscape installation, including planting, mulch installation, bed preparation, grading, and landscape improvements. Operate landscaping equipment and ensure equipment is properly cared for. Maintain a safe, productive, and professional job site. Communicate with management regarding project progress, materials, and job site needs. Train and assist crew members as needed. Maintain quality control and ensure projects meet company standards. Assist with seasonal snow plowing and snow removal operations during the winter months .Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Landscape Foreman, Crew Leader, or similar leadership role preferred. Strong background knowledge in both hardscape and softscape landscaping . Experience with retaining walls, patios, grading, planting, mulch, and landscape installation. Ability to lead, motivate, and work alongside a crew. Experience operating landscaping and construction equipment is preferred. Valid driver's license preferred. Reliable transportation and strong attendance. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Snow plowing experience is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate.Pay & Benefits:
