Help manage check-ins, check-outs, reservations, phone calls, emails, payments, scheduling, and customer questions. Support theTeam:
Be a dependable resource for front desk employees and help troubleshoot issues as they arise.Maintain Organization:
Keep client information, reservations, schedules, paperwork, and front desk areas accurate and organized.Communicate Effectively:
Communicate clearly with customers, management, and our pet care, grooming, and daycare teams to ensure everyone is on the same page.Problem Solve:
Handle customer concerns professionally and help find solutions while maintaining our policies and standards.Maintain High Standards:
Ensure the front desk and lobby remain clean, organized, welcoming, and professional.Promote Our Services:
Educate clients about our daycare, boarding, grooming, bathing, training, and other services and help identify opportunities to meet their pets' needs. Lead byExample:

Previous experience working with dogs or in a pet care environment is strongly preferred.Leadership or Supervisory Experience:
Previous experience leading or supervising a team is preferred.Physically Fit:
Able to handle up to 40 pounds and stand and walk for extended periods of time.Flexible Spirit:
