We are seeking a passionate Administrative Assistant with at least three years of experience to join our team of professionals in the Columbus area. As an Alvis Administrative Assistant, you will provide secretarial and administrative services to the Chief Human Resources Officer, and to the Chief Program Officer. To organize, prepare, and review administrative reports; and to assist with preparing reports for presentation. This position will have access to and regularly will work with information of the most sensitive, highly confidential, strategic, and critical nature. The scope and complexity of this position is such that the Administrative Assistant is regularly dealing with diverse matters which require extensive knowledge of the Chief Human Resources Officer, and to the Chief Program Officer's area of responsibility.Qualifications:
Education :
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED). Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.Experience :
3 years' experience in administrative support or 5 years of relative experience may be considered in lieu of advanced education.MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
