Warehouse Operations Administrative Assistant to join our awesome crew!

How You'll Make It Happen:

High school diploma or GED Knowledgeable in Excel, Outlook, and Word Quote parts for employee purchase orders Make phone calls to collect payment Scan and file B.O.Ls Send documents through Adobe for signature Assist managers with projects Making labels, laminating, filing, and record retention OAR research and reporting Entering data in Excel Calling dealers for overdue returns Processing parts order returns Sending RF scanners out for repair Daily budget tracking and reporting Sending tracking info for orders Will be waving outbound orders for the second shift Dealers' Stock Orders Here's what we bring to the table: Fair weekly pay: No guessing — just reliable paychecks, week after week.
